Our refund policy allows you a generous 7-day window after receiving your item to request a return. This means you can take your time to admire your new piece of art, and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when it arrived—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We want to ensure that every piece of art continues to shine brightly, even if it’s not in your home.

We also want to ensure that your experience is seamless, so please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or not what you expected, contact us immediately. We’re committed to making it right because your satisfaction is our priority.

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help you navigate your options.
